Our Approach

At Movement Labs, we aim to support your fitness journey, regardless of your age, health, weight, gender identity, ethnicity, or prior fitness experience. We do things a little differently here, so if previous gym or studio experiences have left you dissatisfied or discouraged, come on in!

We offer support, customisation, and consent-focused teaching and coaching, with goals of education and autonomy. Everyone needs a support system to reach their full potential - so why not book a session with our creative, compassionate team and let us help you get started?

Active Aging!

Our signature class for older adults is BACK! Join us every Tuesday morning to learn, move, and connect in a small group setting. Class focuses on building balance, strength, and mobility to help you move with less pain and more confidence.

Stop nagging them to “exercise more” - and bring them into the studio where we can help make more movement a reality!
